Biography
Bryan represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants in all types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, development, financing, and leasing matters. Bryan’s experience from before he joined firm is broad, including matters such as: representing a national, billion-dollar company in the acquisition and disposition of large timberland portfolios; representing a national bank in various loan products, including experience in secured and unsecured transactions and multi-state transactions; and representing a large general contracting company in multiple federal and state court disputes with millions of dollars in controversy.
While Bryan was in law school, he worked as a student attorney in the Philip C. Cook Low Income Taxpayer Clinic where he represented indigent taxpayers against the I.R.S. in matters concerning identity theft, tax fraud, and innocent spouse defense. He also served on the Law Review Executive Board as the Lead Articles Editor.
